JOB SUMMARY:
Support the coordination and organization of the magazine’s sales system by assisting in distribution, subscriptions, and advertising, with the aim of enhancing reach and achieving stable revenue growth, while following up on operations and building effective relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications and education requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or Media.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Contribute to developing an effective distribution network for the magazine, including bookstores, schools, institutes, cultural centers, and local distributors, while strengthening relationships with relevant stakeholders.
Manage and develop the advertising portfolio by attracting advertisers, organizing the sale of advertising spaces, and ensuring compliance with the magazine’s policies and applicable regulations.
Coordinate and follow up on subscription activities as a key growth channel by identifying target segments, monitoring their performance, and supporting their development to ensure continuous expansion.
Follow up on daily sales operations and monitor sales and subscription performance, ensuring the magazine’s availability at sales points and organizing distribution and delivery processes.
Supervise sales teams across different regions, including recruitment, training, setting targets, performance evaluation, and motivating the team to achieve desired results.
Follow up on the implementation of promotional activities and events that contribute to increasing the magazine’s reach and boosting sales and subscriptions.
Prepare periodic reports on sales, subscriptions, and advertising, analyze performance, and propose improvements and development opportunities.
Organize warehouse and inventory activities related to the magazine, ensuring proper stock movement, reducing loss and damage, and supporting efficient distribution.
Coordinate with relevant departments, including editorial, finance, and logistics, to ensure integrated operations and sustainable growth.
Create and manage customer databases (advertisers, subscribers, distributors) and ensure continuous updates.
Follow up on financial collections from clients, advertisers, and distributors, ensuring timely payments.
Monitor customer and subscriber satisfaction, handle complaints, and support improvements to subscription and distribution experiences.
