Trust Consultancy and Development is an independent research and third-party monitoring and evaluation (M&E) consultancy based in Gaziantep, Turkey, with two sister-companies, one in Islamabad, Pakistan and one in Erbil, Iraq. About the Position

Are you passionate about harnessing the power of artificial intelligence? How about crafting compelling proposals and insightful reports? Do you possess knowledge of AI technologies? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are seeking an AI Proposal and Report Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has some hands-on experience working with different AI programs, such as Chat-GPT, Consensus, Gemini, Fundwriter.ai, Better Proposal, Mindgrasp, Petal, and other similar tools. They will be employing these technologies to develop technical proposals, Terms of Reference (TOR), and comprehensive reports. This role requires a solid understanding of copyright regulations to ensure adherence to all applicable laws and guidelines.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced AI systems to analyze documents, generate insights, and develop technical proposals tailored to specific project requirements (You will be trained and you will receive 1-2 orientation weeks to familiarize yourself with the whole cycle of our projects).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, refine project objectives, and formulate comprehensive documents.

• Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance the quality and efficiency of report writing processes.

• Ensure all written content adheres to copyright regulations and organizational standards.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies and incorporate innovative approaches into proposal and report writing practices.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

1. Bachelor's degree or MA

2. Strong command of written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.

3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

5. Proficiency in utilizing AI technologies for documentation analysis, proposal development, and report writing; Preferred but not mandatory
