About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage the CI/CD pipeline, deployment

automation, and cloud infrastructure supporting our microservices-based CRM system. You will collaborate with

architects, developers, and security teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines.

- Automate deployment processes for multiple microservices.

- Manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.

- Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

- Set up and manage container orchestration systems (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).

- Ensure system uptime, scalability, and efficient resource usage.

- Support development teams with local and production environment configuration.

- Integrate security best practices (DevSecOps) in the CI/CD pipeline.

- Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cost optimization strategies.

Job Description: DevOps Engineer

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Cloud Engineering.

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

- Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, etc.).

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).

- Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Solid knowledge of networking, DNS, firewalls, load balancing, and VPN.

- Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools.

- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent.

- Experience with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd).

- Background in security practices and compliance (DevSecOps).

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and API gateway configurations.
