Mission:
Under the responsibility of the Director of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Department, you will have to manage public lessor audits and develop ACF France's expertise in the management of external audits
More specifically, your missions will be as follows:
Coordinate the implementation of public donor audits
Plan and organize work at audit headquarters and country offices
Negotiate with third parties (institutional landlords and/or external audit firms), ACF's interests
Represent ACF externally
Develop and build the annual plan for public lessor audits
Build/update the contractual audit schedule and launch the audit cycle
Ensure business continuity in contractual audits
Develop the expertise of public donor audits
Manage and define the process and development of external audit methods and tools and ensure the sharing of information and training of actors
Ensure the role of focal point of public lessor audits for the entire ACF France Headquarters/Field organization
Organize and coordinate all the activities of the Public Lessor Audit Pole
Organize the recruitment, integration, monitoring of the annual plan, and the development of the skills of team members
Manage schedules, organization and coordinate the distribution of work
Ensure the management of the cluster's budget and associated expenses
Profile:
Holder of a higher education in finance/management, project management, audit or law, you have at least five years of experience in a similar position, including three years in connection with public donors, acquired in the field and/or at the headquarters of an NGO.
You have a strong knowledge of the funders and the applicable audit framework.
You have already supervised a team and are recognized for your managerial skills.
You are able to identify the potential risks of audits, implement risk analysis and assessment techniques, and organize and coordinate activities to ensure the conduct of audits while mobilizing the actors concerned.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you are recognized for your listening and negotiation skills.
Autonomous and rigorous, you know how to convince and argue while playing a facilitator role.
A current command of French and English, both orally and in writing, is imperative.
Conditions of employment
Start date: 01 April 2025
Status: Integrated executive- permanent contract- full-time
Location: Ile-de-France
Remuneration:
From 46K to 54Keuros gross per year over 13 months depending on experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at headquarters
Benefits: 21 days of RTT and 25 days of CP per year

80% coverage by ACF

No mandatory face-to-face on this position, outside of collective face-to-face times.
Collective face-to-face time imposed / also mandatory by the employer: for collective meetings and events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory presence during your integration into the team
