Job Overview
CBM Global is seeking a skilled ICS Administrator to oversee, maintain, and optimize our global IT landscape. This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our IT office networks, endpoints and cloud services, which support our mission across 14 offices, primarily in Asia and Africa. Additionally, this role will coordinate the efforts of local IT service providers in each country where we operate, with a focus on the Asian/Pacific region.
The role will be a member in an international team to achieve these goals.
Based: We welcome applications from those with the right to work in the Philippines. This position is located in Manila.
Hours: Full-time, permanent contract
Salary range: The salary offered will be competitive, dependent on skills and experience, as well as country of location. We offer a local contract.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Oversee the global IT infrastructure for CBM Global’s 190 employees, ensuring high availability and reliability across 13 offices (each with fewer than 20 staff) in 12 countries.
· Coordinate the efforts of international and local IT service providers in each country.
· Manage hardware procurement for offices and remote staff.
· Administer and optimize Microsoft Entra, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online – including user management and security.
· Configure and manage devices (Windows and Android) and applications using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
· Implement and maintain network infrastructure for small office locations, ensuring optimal performance and security – including FortiGate Firewalls and Ubiquiti Access Points.
· Provide global 2nd Level support for cloud and network infrastructure.
· Provide local 1st Level support for the Manila office (<20 staff) and for remote staff working from home.
· Maintain detailed documentation of the IT infrastructure, configurations, processes, and procedures.
· Maintain disaster recovery plans and backup procedures to ensure business continuity.

Key upcoming projects:
· Either setup of new Azure tenant with full migration of all services and most data or integration of new default domain in existing tenant.
Person Specification
All of the following requirements are essential, unless marked with a * when they are desirable.

Experience, Personal Qualities, and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or a 3-year vocational training program with an above-average degree. *
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration, ideally with a focus on Microsoft Azure, Entra, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Office 365, and Windows environments.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in remote setup and management of office networks and devices.
• Excellent verbal and written language skills in English
• Good communication skills and ability to work with end users and external service providers while displaying a high level of professionalism.
• The ability to work collaboratively and independently with little oversight.
Certifications
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator *
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert *
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate *
• CompTIA Network+ *
