We are building a pool of experienced Drupal Web Developers for potential consultancy engagements.

This initiative aims to identify qualified professionals who can be tapped for future projects as they arise. Experts in the pool will be considered for upcoming projects based on their expertise, availability, and the specific requirements of each project.

Job Description:

The Drupal Web Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining websites and web applications using the Drupal content management system (CMS). The role involves creating custom modules and themes, implementing responsive designs, integrating third-party services, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure optimal site performance and user experience.

Requirements:

• Design and develop a user-friendly front-end interface through CSS / HTML5, bootstrap, and Reactjs front-end interface.

• Experience in designing front-end optimized for public use, adhering to branding guidelines. Ensure the use of functional plug-ins to improve the overall user experience for the consumption of complex data and information.

• Setup of the Drupal based CMS version 7 to 10. Enable simple and clean CMS with Database architecture to allow the admins to update the site content with ease.

• Implement website security measures and ensure accessibility standards are met. Perform regression / pen-test to check for possible loopholes.

• In-charge of website migration to cloud-based servers from the staging servers. (Must have experience in server side scripting to support the overall migration and resolving any form of bugs that appear during the live website).

• Establish a post-launch maintenance plan for ongoing troubleshooting and updates.

Job Qualifications/Skills:

• Proven experience in designing visually appealing and navigation-friendly websites, with at least 5 years of experience.

• Expertise in information technology, and programming.

• Demonstrated proficiency and samples in Drupal development.

• Familiarity with international NGO guidelines and best practices

• Strong communication skills and ability to adhere to project timelines.
