About: Action against Hunger

Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger in the world. Its charter of humanitarian principles - independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency - has been the basis of its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, especially during and after emergency situations related to conflicts and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health - Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection - Food Security and Livelihoods - Water, Sanitation and Hygiene - Advocacy. Mission:

We are looking for an alternate who can support the development of private resources through the following missions:
Contribute to the implementation of the Philanthropy marketing action plan
Participate in the operational management of mailings and emailings, phonings or communication campaigns of major donors
Participate in the follow-up of requests for information on Philanthropy and responding to prospects
Collect internal and external information necessary for the realization of Philanthropy communication campaigns
Write agency briefs and other supports if necessary
Participate in the implementation of Philanthropy communication tools
Ensure regular exchanges of the Operations Department and the Expertise and Advocacy Department to collect testimonies, feed exchanges with testators and high potentials
Contribute to the qualitative and quantitative monitoring of Philanthropy marketing campaigns
Track donations and update the Database
Participate in regular monitoring points (steering committees, telephone points, etc.)
Analyze marketing performance for philanthropy (monitoring tables, results analysis...)

Monitor innovations and maintain major donors
Propose a benchmark and an analysis of strategies by offer

Profile:

We are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment and who has the following qualities:
You are preparing a master's degree in marketing, communication or in an equivalent field
You master Excel formulas, and you have no apprehension about the data
Fluency in English is recommended (B1/2)

Conditions of employment

Status: Apprenticeship contract only (rhythmic 3/1 weeks; or 4/1 days)

?? Salary Conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of training, over 13 months
21 days of RTT (prorated according to the time of presence)
25 days of paid leave prorated according to the time of attendance
Health and pension coverage: 80% coverage by ACF
Transportation: 50% of the flat rate between home and workplace
Restaurant vouchers: 60% coverage by the association (value of 8 euros)
175 euros/year (social works) and discount on movie tickets

?? Telework: Open to all from the metropolis. Our telework policy governs activities requiring a presence at the association's headquarters. You can choose to work fully or partially remotely. For this position, a mandatory presence of 8 days per month is planned at the headquarters, with time dedicated to meetings and collective events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 days of mandatory attendance per week for your integration into the team
