SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL (SI) is an international humanitarian aid association that, for more than 40 years, has been helping populations victims of armed conflicts and natural disasters by meeting vital needs, drinking, eating, sheltering. Particularly committed to the fight against diseases related to unsanitary water, the world's leading cause of death, SI implements through its interventions expertise in the field of access to drinking water, sanitation and the promotion of hygiene but also in the essential one of food security and livelihood. Present in 26 countries, the IS teams - 3,200 people in total composed of expatriates, national employees, permanent staff at the headquarters, some volunteers... - intervene with professionalism and commitment with respect for cultures.

Job description

Within the Development and Communication department composed of 19 people, and directly attached to the referent of the digital communication and webmarketing pole, you will work in synergy and transversality with the other members of the cluster, but also with the other poles of the department as well as the other departments of the association.

MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE TRAINING

- Discover the functioning of the headquarters of an NGO and relations with the field

- Discover the different professions of SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL in the field and at headquarters

- Understand the humanitarian issues of the NGO and its partners

- Participate in the implementation of the communication strategy of a humanitarian NGO

- Put into practice and perfect your web skills

- Evolve in a multicultural environment

Functions

Creation, production and publication of web content

- Participates in the production of content and web creations for the editorial animation of the site, mini-sites and social networks of the association: photo montage, photo galleries, video editing, infographics, design and creation of mini-sites of content and collection...

- Works on the integration of AI in our editorial and graphic uses: monitoring, tests, proposal...

- Publication of product content in close connection with team members

Email management

- Participates in the development of the email strategy: proposal of topics, formats, management of the scheduling of sendings...

- Ensures the editing and distribution of emails (calls for donations, relationships, newsletter): integration, routing, deliverability monitoring, balance sheet and recommendations

Monitoring of projects related to our digital media

- Participates in the management and development of the photo library: technical support, validation of imported photos...

Possibility of teleworking in accordance with the telework charter in force and the manager
Work-study apprenticeship contract
Remuneration according to current regulations
Public transport supported at 50% by SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL
Restaurant tickets at €8.90 / day of actual work, with participation of SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL at 60%
Leave: 2.0833 CP/month

Higher education (minimum baccalaureate +3 level) in Communication/Marketing
Good writing skills and generative AI tools (Chat, ChatGPT...)
Good web technical skills: social networks, DTP tools, CMS, SEO, audience measurement tools
Fluent French and English (written and oral)
Good interpersonal skills, dynamic, curious, sense of initiative and rigor
Real interest and motivation for the associative and humanitarian
Good skills of computer tools: Office pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
